Mikael has worked in various back office and middle office functions across the US, France and Denmark. He joined Nordea Group in 2019 as part of Group Operational Risk, during COVID he moved back into Collateral and managed the Global Collateral Team for Nordea Bank. Prior to joining Nordea Mikael headed a US OTC collateral team for Bank of America Merrill Lynch out of Chicago. He has throughout his career worked within Derivatives, Collateral management and Risk in various roles.
